Meine beste Freundin verstand nicht, was mit den MEs gemeint ist. Also so meine ich es: Es soll der Plural vom englischen ME sein. Wir haben eben viele unterschiedlichte Persönlichkeitsanteile – nicht nur EIN ME, sondern viele MES. – Siehe Inneres Team von Friedemann Schulz von Thun, siehe Buchtitel des Philosophen David Richard Precht: Wer bin ich und wenn ja, wieviele? Entstanden ist das Gedicht als Rohversion – mal wieder – in einer ziemlich schlaflosen Nacht. Egal, here it is:

Free the major and minor parts.
They sway, they flow,
They vibrate in between,
To unlock the fullest sound
